UseR 2025

I was fortunate to present at the UseR Conference (Raleigh, North Carolina). It was a great and fun conference so I would like to thanks all the organizers, sponsors and participants to make it that way!

My talks focus on why you should wrap DuckDB and S3 in a R package. I think it provides an unique way to curate, organize and simplify access to data that otherwise would be more difficult to obtain.

So far I have not see use case of this workflow and I think the benefits to implement it greatly out balance the slight cost of setting it up. Leveraging the R package ecosystem significantly enhances the experience of building and using it.
